Why learn with a teacher who lives in China?

Because the best guide walked the road himself — recently, and in the country you are heading to.

He learned it the hard way

Yassine learned Mandarin as an adult foreigner — not from a childhood in Beijing. He remembers exactly which sounds are confusing, which tones hide from you, and how to get past each wall, because he hit them all first.

A teacher who lives there

He has lived in China for over 3 years: markets, WeChat, taxis, paperwork. You learn the Chinese people actually speak this decade — not textbook dialogues from 1998.

Ten seats. That is the method.

In a group capped at 10, you speak in every single session and get corrected by name. In a classroom of 30 you are an audience member. Speaking time is the product — we protect it.

I know what you're thinking

“Chinese is impossibly hard”

The grammar is famously light: no conjugation, no gender, no plurals, no cases. The real work is tones, characters and your ear — all trainable with the right drills. After 3 months of steady practice you can order food, negotiate prices and survive a trip.

“I tried an app and quit”

Apps don’t notice when you disappear. A fixed schedule, a small group that knows your name, and a teacher waiting for your answer — that is what builds consistency. Keep the app as a supplement; let live lessons carry the structure.

“Online is worse than in-person”

In a group of 10 on Zoom you will speak more than in most physical classrooms — and your teacher lives in China, which no local institute can offer. No commute, sessions from home, recordings of your own notes. For a language, speaking time beats room ambience.

“The price seems too good”

One specialist teacher, small groups, zero classroom rent — the savings go to you. Check the per-session price on the pricing page and compare it with any in-person quote you have.
